FAST RELIABLE AUSTRALIA WIDE DELIVERY

Here at Sportys Fishing we make every effort to ensure that orders are processed on the day they are ordered and dispatched from our store on the day it is ordered or the following day.  This of course depends on the time the order is placed through the day.  We process orders 7 days per week, but they are only dispatch on business days.  If you have any concerns that your order has not been processed, please call us on 07 5526 2786.

METHODS OF DELIVERY

At Sportys Fishing we use the most efficient, fast, safe, and reliable forms of freight to ensure that you the customer, have an enjoyable experience when shopping with us.  We use Australia Post’s eParcel service for freight as we have found that this is an extremely fast and reliable service, and it allows us to deliver to PO Boxes and normal street addresses.  This way small and large parcels can be traced in transit to ensure we create a virtually seamless process between you ordering and us getting your order to you in a very prompt fashion. In the event that your parcel takes longer than anticipated to be delivered please call us on 07 5526 2786 and we will track your order.

EXPRESS POST OPTION

a) Sporty’s Fishing offers Express Post freight at a flat charge depending on your order weight, but conditions apply with this option.

b) Parcels over 3kg in total including packaging cannot be sent express post.

c) If your parcel is over 3kg we will send the parcel by normal freight which will take normal land transit times to your destination.

d) PLEASE NOTE: Some destinations are not covered by express post and therefore will not get to your destination faster.  It is not our responsibility to check the availability of your Express Post Options.  Here are a list of Post Codes covered by the express post network.

e) Sporty’s Fishing accepts no liability if your parcel does not get to your destination faster.

Please ensure that you regularly maintain accurate contact details including both work and mobile contact numbers so we can easily contact you should a problem arise with your order.  At Sporty’s Fishing we carry a massive amount of stock so typically we have all items in stock at all times.

FREIGHT PROBLEMS

Should you have any concerns about your order or if a delivery has taken longer than anticipated please contact us immediately via our “Contact US” section of the website and we will track your parcel and keep you as informed as possible on how it is progressing through the freight system.

DELIVERY TIMES

Please check the AusPost website at www.auspost.com.au to ascertain estimates for delivery times from us (Gold Coast Postcode 4217) to your destination.

Please contact us should you have any further questions regarding anything to do with freight or any other aspect of your experience in shopping with us.  We truly make every effort to provide a first-rate service and take pride in the manner in which we do business.

Refund Information

a) Refunds will be done on a case-by-case basis.

b) If you have ordered products that you no longer want, and we have already sent the items you will be liable for any freight cost incurred by Sporty’s Fishing

c) No items will be refunded once you have opened the product containers or used the products or if the items are in an unsatisfactory condition or a duration of time has lapsed. However, your statutory rights concerning the quality of those products will be unaffected.

d) Sporty’s Fishing will not be held responsible for any theft or damage if you provide us with an authority to leave your parcel at an unattended address. All risk in the parcel will remain with you upon delivery and Sporty’s Fishing will not offer a replacement or refund for any loss or damage because of selecting to leave your parcel without a signature.

e) While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
